How This Started

In 2004 I had a vacuum, a car, and a short list of clients in Renton. Twenty-plus years later a good number of those first clients are still on my schedule, and that's the part I'm proudest of. Cleaning is not complicated work. Doing it the same way, on the same day, at the same standard, for two decades — that's the hard part, and that's the whole business.

I never wanted to grow into something I couldn't personally stand behind. We're a team of two to ten depending on the season and the job. That's deliberate. The moment I'm signing off on work I haven't seen, the thing customers hired me for is gone.

You'll see the same faces. They learn which rug lifts, which room the dog hides in, which cabinet you don't want opened. No rotating strangers in your house, and no re-explaining everything each time. This matters more to most of my clients than anything else on this page.

Non-toxic products that are safe around kids and pets, and tough enough to actually do the job. We bring all supplies and equipment — you don't need to stock anything or leave anything out.

Licensed, bonded, and insured

In Washington State, with liability coverage. If you want to see the documentation before letting a crew into your home or your office, ask and I'll send it over. Anyone who won't do that is telling you something.

What We Clean

Residential house cleaning is the core of the business — weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time. Around that we handle commercial and janitorial accounts (offices, retail, medical, churches, gyms, post-construction), move-in and move-out deep cleans, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing — which, in this climate, is less optional than people think.
