Puyallup covers a lot of ground for a city its size — a compact historic downtown, a valley floor of older homes and farmland edges, and a fast-growing hillside that runs up into South Hill. The housing stock reflects that: 1910s and 1920s homes near Pioneer Park with original woodwork, mid-century ramblers along the valley, and thousands of newer two- and three-story builds on the hill. A single checklist does not serve all three well, which is why Jack walks through what your specific home needs before quoting it.
The blocks around Pioneer Park and Meeker Mansion hold Puyallup’s oldest housing — early-1900s homes with original trim, built-in cabinetry, transom windows, and radiator alcoves. These are rewarding houses to clean properly and easy to clean badly, because the detail work is where the dirt lives: window tracks, the tops of door casings, carved baseboards, the gaps behind a claw-foot tub. Deep cleaning is popular here as a first visit, and it is common for clients to move to a bi-weekly schedule afterwards once the build-up is gone.
The Sunrise area and the newer subdivisions climbing toward South Hill are where most of Puyallup’s recent construction sits — larger footprints, two and three stories, and long stair runs between them. A crew that treats stairs as an afterthought leaves a house half-clean. We bring equipment up rather than dragging one vacuum between floors, and stairs, landings, and railings are part of the standard scope rather than an upcharge. This is our steadiest recurring route on the Puyallup side.
The established residential pockets north and west of downtown are classic Puyallup — well-kept single-family homes, mature yards, many owned by the same families for decades. Most of our work here is recurring weekly and bi-weekly cleaning for households where both adults work and nobody wants to spend Saturday on the bathrooms. Three ways people usually start with us — a recurring schedule, a one-time reset, or a move.
Recurring house cleaning. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, on a fixed day with the same crew. This is most of what we do in Puyallup. Every visit includes kitchens and bathrooms cleaned properly rather than wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting from baseboards to ceiling fans, and the details other services treat as extras — light switches, door handles, window sills, under furniture. One-time deep cleaning. The full reset: inside the oven and refrigerator, cabinet fronts and interiors on request, window tracks, grout, behind and beneath appliances, and the accumulated build-up in places a regular clean does not reach. Most Puyallup clients book a deep clean first and then move to a recurring schedule, which keeps the ongoing visits shorter and cheaper.
Move-in and move-out cleaning. Timed to your walkthrough or closing date, focused on what actually determines whether a deposit comes back. We clean empty homes end to end — appliances inside and out, every cabinet and drawer, closets, fixtures, baseboards, and window tracks.
