Punctuality. "Always on time" shows up more than any other phrase. That's the day-before text with an actual arrival time doing its job — you get a real number, not a four-hour window.
The same faces. "Always the same 3 people." Clients notice when the crew doesn't rotate, because a crew that knows your home doesn't need instructions twice.
The owner is there. "He cleans with his crew." I'm not a dispatcher. If something isn't right, you're telling the person who can fix it.
