Tacoma has the most interesting housing stock in the South Sound and the most demanding. The North End and Stadium District are full of early-1900s Craftsman, Tudor, and Foursquare homes with original woodwork, leaded glass, built-ins, and hardwood that has been down for a century. South and Central Tacoma run to mid-century ramblers and bungalows. Northeast Tacoma and Browns Point are newer and larger. Cleaning a 1912 Craftsman and a 2005 two-story well are genuinely different jobs, and we quote them that way.
This is where Tacoma’s historic housing concentrates — Craftsman and Tudor homes with original trim, box beams, built-in buffets, leaded glass, and hardwood floors that need the right product rather than whatever is on the cart. These houses reward a crew that slows down and punish one that does not: the dirt collects in carved baseboards, window tracks, the tops of door casings, radiator fins, and the seams of built-in cabinetry. A one-time deep clean is the usual first visit here, followed by a recurring schedule once the accumulated build-up is gone.
The West End running toward the Narrows holds a mix of mid-century and newer homes, many on sloping lots with multiple levels and, in the view properties, a lot of glass. Interior window and glass-door attention matters more here than almost anywhere else in Tacoma, and it is a common add-on to a recurring schedule. We also serve neighboring University Place and Fircrest on the same routes.
Central and South Tacoma are the city’s working residential core — bungalows, ramblers, and post-war single-family homes, many with original kitchens and bathrooms. Most of our work here is recurring weekly and bi-weekly cleaning for households where both adults work. The same crew comes every visit, so nothing has to be re-explained; and where a house has decades of build-up in the grout, tracks, and behind the appliances, we start with a deep clean and then hold it with a schedule.
Northeast Tacoma and Browns Point are newer and larger than the rest of the city — two-story builds, longer stair runs, and view homes above Commencement Bay. Tacoma also carries a large rental and student stock around UW Tacoma and the Lincoln and Hilltop districts, which keeps move-in and move-out cleaning steady. Deposits get withheld over ovens, refrigerator interiors, window tracks, and baseboards more than anything else, and those are the four things we spend the most time on.

Three ways people usually start with us — a recurring schedule, a one-time reset, or a move.
Recurring house cleaning. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, on a fixed day with the same crew. This is most of what we do in Tacoma. Every visit includes kitchens and bathrooms cleaned properly rather than wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting from baseboards to ceiling fans, and the details other services treat as extras — light switches, door handles, window sills, under furniture. You get a text from Jack the day before with the arrival time.
One-time deep cleaning. The full reset: inside the oven and refrigerator, cabinet fronts and interiors on request, window tracks, grout, behind and beneath appliances, and the accumulated build-up in places a regular clean does not reach. Most Tacoma clients book a deep clean first and then move to a recurring schedule, which keeps the ongoing visits shorter and cheaper.
Move-in and move-out cleaning. Timed to your walkthrough or closing date, focused on what actually determines whether a deposit comes back. We clean empty homes end to end — appliances inside and out, every cabinet and drawer, closets, fixtures, baseboards, and window tracks. Landlords and property managers in Tacoma use us for lease turnovers on the same basis.
We also handle window cleaning, pressure washing, and carpet cleaning as add-ons or standalone jobs. If you want more than one of these, mention it on the form and I will quote them together rather than as separate visits.
